The concept of story is exceptional as each story educate us with valuable lesson but there are certain lessons which we need to bear in mind to execute day to day living.

A tired old man was trying to cross a jungle on a dark night. He was almost drained and kept pushing himself with some energy and lot of will power to make his way through the forest. Suddenly he sees light and finds that it is coming from a hut. He tries hard to reach the door of the hut and as he approached it he fainted. A middle aged lady opens the door and drags him in and tries to bring him to sense by gently massaging his forehead. As she massages him he grows young meanwhile the night also gradually passes away, at the dawn she plucks some hair from his head and throw them away due to that old man suddenly turns into a little boy, who is happy, smiling & jumping and gets up and runs out of the hut, feeling totally refreshed.

The old man in the story represent the sun. The sun gives us light and warmth the whole day and eventually gets tired by the end of the day then it requires to rejuvenate in the night so that it could provide us light the next day and so on.

The middle aged woman in the story represents the EARTH, its not that old and young that is the inner power (Shakti) which helps the sun to re-energize.

(UNKONWN)

Now lets come to the gyan (Lesson)

The above story brings out the message that even the SUN gets tired. We are still the human being and do get tired.

The energy (Shakti) to rejuvenate is with in our selves.

“ Oh what a wonderful soul so bright inside you. Got power to heal the sun’s broken heart, power to restore the Moon’s vision too.” Aberjhani.

How do we rejuvenate?

Shed the load- Plucking of hair by the lady in the above story denotes to shedding of unwanted baggage for example one of the biggest baggage in our life “ Log kya kahenge”.

Accept your past mistakes, permit your self to commit more mistakes in future (not Blunders) because mistakes are good ,these help us to learn and grow.

Find strength inside yourself- when we are weak from inside we crave for feel good facts ( small- small approvals/ acceptance from others) which results in low self esteem .The only way out is to rejuvenate and strengthen ourselves from inside. This only happens when our thinking, actions and language (Bol) are not in conflict with each other.

Love Thyself- The biggest conflict is that everyone preaches to love yourself but no one tells how to do it. The simple starting point would be when you start understanding the difference between what you SHOULD do and what you WANT/FEEL to do.

Take a Break- Disconnect, Re-direct your life (if required), understand your relationship.

Pamper Yourself- It can be holidays, pursuing your hobbies, going out for dinner, reading books, go for spa and anything else legitimately you like to do.

Spiritual Discourses- It is one of the strongest way to connect with in/ know yourself.

At the end “ ZINDAGI JIYO PER BOZH LE KE MAT JIYO” SAMAY SAMAY PER BOZH UTARTE RAHO — TO REJUVENATE.”
